Central Texas MLS Data Is Live
A couple weeks ago we announced we'd secured a CTXMLS data feed — the MLS covering Central Texas. It's now fully wired and running in production.
What that means for you: better comps density across Central Texas markets, more listings indexed, and broader coverage in areas that were previously thin. The data runs through the same pipeline as Austin, Houston, and San Antonio — so comps, days on market, and pricing all work the same way.
No action needed on your end. If you're working deals in Central Texas, the data is there.
Map View: Comp Popovers
Click any comp marker on the map and you'll now see a full property card — photo, price, status, bed/bath, sqft, year built, lot size, garage, and days on market — without leaving the map. Hit View Full Details to pull up the full comp.

Markers are color-coded by MLS status so you can scan the comp landscape at a glance. It's a faster way to gut-check comps without bouncing between the map and the list.
Map Fix: Comp Row Auto-Scroll Restored
When you click a map marker, the comps table now auto-scrolls to the matching row again. This broke in a recent deploy — it's fixed.
Small quality-of-life fix, but if you use the map view heavily this one was annoying. It's back to normal.
