Dallas–Fort Worth Is Coming
We've secured the data feed for Dallas–Fort Worth — one of the largest real estate markets in the country — and backfilling has started. DFW will be fully live in Zephyr within the next week or two.
When it's live, you'll get the same experience as Austin, Houston, San Antonio, and Central Texas: full MLS comps, Insights, and everything else. We'll announce it when it's ready.
Insights: Now Across Four Markets
The Insights page is now live across all four markets: Austin, Houston, San Antonio, and Central Texas. If you haven't checked it out yet, it's worth a look — real-time market data, zip code drill-down, supply/demand signals, all built on live MLS data.

Data Reliability: We Stay Up When the MLS Goes Down
MLS systems go down. Matrix, Paragon, whatever your board uses — they have outages, maintenance windows, rate limits. When that happens, listings that move during the downtime can fall through the cracks.
We've built a system that tracks exactly when any MLS goes offline and automatically catches up when it comes back. So even if the MLS is down, Zephyr keeps running — and when the feed recovers, we backfill the gap automatically. No stale data, no missing listings.
Short version: if Matrix is down, Zephyr is still up.
