New MLS Data Feed: Central Texas

We just secured a data feed from CTXMLS — the MLS covering Central Texas. This expands our listing coverage, improves comps density, and gives you better data across the markets you're already working in.

Zip Code-Level Analytics

We're building a new analytics view that breaks down market data by zip code — so you can see exactly where the deals are.

What's coming:

• Highest scoring listings per zip — see the best opportunities ranked by Zephyr Score
