$/Sqft Filter on Saved Searches
You can now filter your saved searches by dollar per square foot — set a min and max range and only see properties that match your target price efficiency.
Shoutout to Blake for requesting this one. If you're running comps in a tight submarket, $/sqft is often a better signal than list price alone. Now your saved searches can reflect that.
Show All Sqft Comps in Filters
We've added a "See All" toggle for subject property square footage in the comp filters modal. Previously, comps were bounded to ±20% of the subject's sqft — now you can flip the toggle and see everything, which is especially useful for oddball properties where tight sqft filters leave you with zero comps.

San Antonio Is Coming
San Antonio market data is live in our system. We're currently testing feeds for accuracy internally — making sure comps, days on market, and pricing data all meet our bar before opening it up.
